We hope to ease your decision-making process when it comes to orthopedic appointments by answering some frequently asked questions below.
What services do you offer?
Our orthopedic clinics offer diagnoses and treatments for injuries involving bones, muscles, joints, and surrounding tissues. This includes a wide range of services such as:
- ACL tears
- Rotator cuff tears
- Fracture treatments
- Arthritis
- Total hip replacements
- And many more!
Are you offering in-office visits?
Yes!
To schedule an appointment for a consultation or to diagnose an injury, feel free to call us at (865) 251-3030 or fill out our easy-to-use online appointment request form. We look forward to hearing from you!
Do you take walk-ins?
Yes, come on in!
Some injuries are too painful or require immediate diagnosis, so we offer an urgent care service for your convenience. Bypass the long lines at the ER and keep you and your loved ones separated from the rest of the ER crowd. Go immediately to one of our specialists and receive diagnostic testing and X-rays on-site. No need for an appointment!
Should I walk in for urgent care or make an appointment?
If you sustain a possible sprain or strain, fracture, intense pain, or a sports injury, then you should most likely seek immediate clinical care. Come see us for an evaluation and treatment options to ease your pain. Some injuries can worsen if not treated within a proper timeframe. If you are returning for a follow-up, need physical therapy, or are seeking preventative care, then scheduling an appointment may be best for you.
What hours can I drop by for urgent care?
Drop by Monday through Friday between 7 AM and 5 PM for urgent orthopedic care at our Knoxville location.
Do you offer telemedicine services?
Yes!
If you are unable to visit our office in person, then you can talk with your doctor online with a telemed appointment. Call our office at (865) 251-3030 to schedule your telemed appointment, and you will receive a link to access your online appointment easily.
