We have complimentary valet parking for our patients at our Turkey Creek Location.

What insurance does ORTHOKnox accept?

ORTHOKnox accepts Medicare, most HMOs, PPOs, workers’ compensation, and most commercial plans. Please contact our billing manager at (865) 251-3030 if you have any questions regarding our insurance plans.

Is my copay due at the time of my appointment?

Yes, any copays or patient balances are due at the time of your appointment.

Does ORTHOKnox accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept all major credit cards. Please contact our billing manager at (865) 251-3030 if you have questions regarding payment.

What do I need to bring with me to my appointment?

Please bring your copay, insurance card, photo ID, list of all medications, and copies of any X-rays or MRIs that have been performed.

Can I fill out my paperwork before my appointment?

Yes. You will be able to fill out your paperwork online through our patient portal. You will receive an email to set up your patient portal account once you have made an appointment with us. Once you receive your email please follow the instructions in the email. This will allow you to fill out all paperwork online.

Do you provide physical therapy?

Yes. Our physical therapists are located right next door in suite 211.
